Members of the Partnership sign a data protection document and a Police photo sharing agreement. They are then able to receive details of offenders who have been Excluded from member premises.

These are distributed in the form of a word document listing offender details, type of crime, exclusion period, any risks associated with them, eg. drug user, threatening behaviour, violence, associates etc.

An audit is carried out periodically to ensure that the documentation is kept in a secure location in line with data protection and Police guidelines.
